Each person may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same name, at the same address or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the accounts involved may be closed at any time and any funds held in them may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
The name, date of birth, mobile number and other details provided at registration must be complete, accurate and up to date. Registering with false or incomplete information will result in account closure and may disrupt payment processing. To update any details, please contact the customer support team.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out from their account. If you suspect any suspicious transaction or unauthorised access, notify the jeta win support team immediately.
3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
jeta win reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. A national ID card (NID), passport or other government-issued document may be requested for this purpose. If the required verification documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily restricted.
Withdrawal access may be suspended while the identity verification process is ongoing. Normal service will be restored once the process is complete.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Deposits on jeta win can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits are generally processed quickly and credited to the account automatically upon successful completion.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe
The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay — are available for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
4.3 Conditional Withdrawals
Before processing a withdrawal request, jeta win will verify whether the wagering requirements attached to any relevant bonus have been met. If wagering has not been completed, the withdrawal may be held in part or in full.
4.4 Technical Issues
If a transaction is delayed or fails due to a technical issue on the payment provider's side, jeta win will make every effort to assist, but is not directly liable for such delays. Please contact customer support to resolve the issue.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To claim this bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳500 is required, and a 15x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5.2 Other Promotions
jeta win also offers special bonuses from time to time, including weekly, Friday and cricket-related promotions. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period. Full details of each promotion can be found on the promotions page.
5.3 Bonus Usage Terms
- The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once from a single account (unless the promotion's own terms explicitly state otherwise).
- Returns from bets placed with bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
- If wagering is not completed within the specified time after receiving a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled automatically.
- jeta win reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Terms
Each game on jeta win has its own specific rules. Once a game has started, bets cannot be cancelled or changed. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
6.2 Sports Betting
In the sports betting section, bet outcomes depend on the official result of the relevant match. If a match is cancelled, postponed or left incomplete, bets will be settled in accordance with jeta win's own policy. Multi-bets covering several selections are allowed, but if one selection loses, the entire bet is lost.
6.3 Live Casino and Slots
Live casino games are operated in real time and the dealer's decision is final. Slot games use an RNG (Random Number Generator), which makes every spin independent and fair. There is no method to influence game outcomes, and no attempt to do so should be made.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeta win platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
- Abusing the bonus system or exploiting weaknesses in the system.
- Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
- Using the platform for money laundering.
- Conducting transactions using a third party's payment method.
- Attempting to harass or defraud other users.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by jeta win
jeta win may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice for reasons including breach of terms, fraudulent activity or security concerns. An account may be restricted while an investigation is ongoing.
8.2 Closure by the User
If a user wishes to close their own account, they must contact the support team. The opportunity to withdraw any available balance will be given before the account is closed, provided there are no outstanding breaches of terms. Self-exclusion is also available under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
An account may be considered inactive if there has been no activity for an extended period. jeta win will notify the user in advance regarding this.
9. Limitation of Liability
The jeta win platform is provided on an "as is" basis. jeta win is not liable for losses arising from internet disconnection, device issues or third-party service failures.
Game outcomes depend entirely on chance and skill. jeta win does not guarantee any specific result or earnings. Gaming is a form of entertainment and the risk of financial loss is always present.
